How long does it take to get the diamond I want?
Most diamonds arrive within 1-3 days.
What is your guarantee?
We offer a 30 day no questions asked guarantee. You can return any diamond for any reason as long as it is not damaged.
How will I take delivery of my diamond?
Your diamond will be sent to our office where you can view both the diamond and the certificate before you decide to purchase.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes, shipping charges must be prepaid. If you decide to purchase the diamond, we will deduct the prepaid shipping from the cost of the diamond. Shipping charges are generally $40.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa & Mastercard for an additional 3% charge.
